As they continue to invest in improvement and new equipment an opportunity has emerged for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the existing team in NSW. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this key role is responsible for leading an experienced team and delivering a comprehensive preventive maintenance schedule and rapid response repair and installation service, contributing to the optimisation of a high performing production facility. To succeed in this role, you require previous experience in maintenance management, preferably within a high-speed manufacturing environment, with an understanding of electrical and mechanical maintenance principles, codes and safety procedures. You must be hands-on, passionate and well organised with excellent leadership and influencing skills. Previous experience with SAP, MEX or similar relevant systems considered an advantage.
