Impact you will have in this role This is a rare opportunity to lead Royal Flying Doctor Service – South Eastern Section inaugural Giving Day. As Fundraising Campaign Manager, you will own the strategic planning and end-to-end delivery of a comprehensive, multi-channel campaign designed to engage community support and drive significant revenue growth in support of the lifesaving work of Royal Flying Doctor Service – South Eastern Section. As the central campaign lead, you will partner closely with the external agency and internal stakeholders to ensure delivery against clear objectives, timelines and budget. Through compelling storytelling, strong project management and data-led optimisation, you will maximise donor acquisition, engagement and long-term stewardship. We are seeking an experience and strategic campaign leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is motivated by achievements and measurable outcmes. With exceptional stakeholder management capabilities and strong fcampaign and project management skills, you will play a pivotal role in achieving ambitious fundraising targets and strengthening community support. Key responsibilities Lead the end-to-end strategy, planning and delivery of RFDS SE’s Giving Day to achieve ambitious fundraising targets. Act as the central campaign lead, managing agency partners, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution on time and within budget. Drive integrated, multi-channel marketing and fundraising activity to maximise donor acquisition, engagement and ROI. Oversee fundraising platforms, donor stewardship and supporter experience to build long-term relationships. Manage campaign budgets, reporting and performance analysis, using data-led insights to optimise results. Foster strong cross-functional collaboration and ensure all activity aligns with sector regulations and best practice. Skills and experience Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, fundraising or equivalent professional experience. Significant experience in multi-channel direct marketing and/or fundraising, with proven delivery of Giving Day campaigns or similar fundraising events/projects. Highly organised with exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines. Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Data-literate with strong technical proficiency and an understanding of fundraising best practice and regulatory requirements. Self-motivated and proactive with a genuine passion for the mission of the Royal Flying Doctor Service.
