We’ve been delivering innovative modular designs for over 60 years, supporting major projects in infrastructure, construction, mining, energy, housing and education. Your new role: Reporting to the Reservations Manager, this role delivers efficient reservation services for Stayover by Ausco Villages nationwide and provides accurate reporting to support Site Managers and village operations. This is a full-time, fixed-term contract for 12 months , with the possibility of extension. Key duties include: Managing accommodation reservations and room allocations Delivering high-quality customer service and resolving inquiries Proactively problem-solving to minimize disputes Conducting village night audits Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports Maintaining clear communication with clients, service providers, and internal teams Providing administrative support to the Reservations Manager Contributing to Ausco Modular’s continuous improvement initiatives Raising Purchase orders and processing supplier invoices Providing ad hoc coverage for weekly client invoicing What you will bring: Certificate/Diploma in Administration or Hospitality (preferred, not essential) Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service or administration (hospitality, hotel, or mining/resources preferred) Reservations or booking experience (desirable) Intermediate Microsoft Office skills Strong time management, attention to detail, and communication skills Excellent problem-solving ability and commitment to timely follow-up A friendly, customer-focused approach Ability to work independently, including from home two days per week Ausco Benefits: Hybrid Flexibility – Work from home two days a week once you're fully trained.
