We are currently seeking a Client Relationship Officer (Identified Role) to join a regional team supporting housing outcomes and community partnerships across Western NSW. This is a contract opportunity for 6 months, based in Dubbo , working 40 hours per week. Client Relationship Officer (Identified Role) Dubbo | $68 per hour Super | 6-Month Contract | Full-Time About the Role This position plays a critical role in supporting housing programs including property management transfers, stimulus initiatives, property inspections, upgrades and new acquisitions. You will develop and maintain strong partnerships with Aboriginal Community Housing Providers (ACHPs), community leaders, service providers and clients to ensure effective housing assistance and program delivery across the region. The role involves a high level of stakeholder engagement and interaction, supporting contractual matters and service delivery outcomes for a large property portfolio. Key Responsibilities Lead client issue and enquiry resolution from start to completion within service standards Develop collaborative working partnerships with Aboriginal Community Housing Providers and community leaders Support property transfer processes and strategic housing programs Provide accurate and timely advice to internal and external stakeholders Identify service delivery gaps and risks, and provide informed recommendations Contribute to regional business and performance planning Promote and participate in community building initiatives Work collaboratively with other service delivery teams to improve client outcomes Track activities, maintain work plans and ensure quality control of deliverables About You You will bring: Strong experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management Demonstrated ability to resolve complex client issues in a timely and culturally appropriate manner Experience working across multiple programs, policies and systems Sound understanding of risk, governance and compliance requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment Experience in community engagement and working with Aboriginal communities Essential requirements: This is an Identified Role under Section 14(d) of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977.
