The Company This is a well-established and growing wholesale and distribution business with a strong presence across both retail and e-commerce channels. With continued growth across their operations, they are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee their operation. The Role Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse fulfilment area, ensuring orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time Lead and support a team of warehouse staff across picking, packing, and dispatch activities Maintain strong inventory control, including stock organisation, cycle counts, and reconciliation of discrepancies Coordinate inbound deliveries and ensure stock is received, checked, and stored efficiently Monitor warehouse workflows and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency Maintain high standards of warehouse organisation, safety, and compliance with WHS requirements Work closely with management and internal teams to resolve any fulfilment or inventory issues Assist with planning and resourcing during peak operational periods Your Background Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor or Senior Warehouse Operator role with e-commerce experience Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch You must hold a current forklift license Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support warehouse staff A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements What’s on Offer?
