Our client has established a wealth of expertise and knowledge to carve their own way through the Real Estate industry and apply a personalised approach to their services. Key Responsibilities: Manage clients and their investment properties in a well-maintained portfolio of 130 properties Communicate regularly with landlords and tenants to handle enquiries, resolve disputes, and provide updates on property performance Coordinates maintenance and repairs by liaising with contractors, scheduling work, and approving expenses within budget Monitors financials such as rent collection, arrears, and expenses, while preparing reports for property owners and ensuring accurate record-keeping Qualifications Required: QLD real estate licence / certificate QLD drivers licence, reliable vehicle A demonstrated track record in a property management position A first-class communicator with a professional demeanour who can liaise with high-end clientele A willingness to progress long term with the business Immaculate personal presentation Ability to build professional, lasting relationships with the belief that the client's best interests are the first priority What's on Offer: Monday to Friday, no weekend work Up to 110K Super Wonderful business owners with tonnes of support!
