Men's Family Violence Service Manager Bayswater & Lilydale, VIC Full-time, Ongoing SCHADS Level 8 - Approx. $129K Salary Packaging Super We are excited to be supporting the recruitment of a Men's Family Violence Service Manager to lead and grow a vital service supporting men and families within the community. This is a pivotal leadership opportunity to shape the future of men's programs, ensuring safe, accountable, and high-quality service delivery. About the Role As the Service Manager, you will oversee a suite of men's programs, including: Case Management Men's Behaviour Change (MBC) programs Therapeutic group programs Therapeutic counselling Some Alcohol & Other Drug (AOD) work You will lead, mentor, and develop a small but growing team, ensuring strong clinical governance, reflective practice, and continuous improvement across all service areas. The program is currently operating with a reduced team, with plans to expand-making this a unique opportunity to step in and help build and shape the team from the ground up.
