As a Talent Coordinator, you will support the Talent and HR Team with administrative tasks, projects, and play an integral part in ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional experience for candidates. The Ideal Candidate Must Have: Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment is advantageous Administrative experience is essential Hospitality experience is highly regarded Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally Previous experience coordinating appointments and meetings Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and presentation High level of attention to detail and sense of urgency Possess initiative and the ability to work autonomously Ability to build effective professional relationship Proficiency with Microsoft Office Studies in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar Working with LUCAS Restaurants: People are at the core of our success.
