This role places emphasis on KPI management and also prioritises the creation of a positive, collaborative, and thriving team culture alongside client facing time and supervision. Key Requirements : Proven time and task management Proven track record of supervisory ability Strong general business acumen Evidence of a strong understanding of personal billable target, and proof of achieving or exceeding own targets for a minimum of 6 consecutive months Working with autonomy Proven history of working as part of a team Job Responsibility : General duties as part of the role Willingness to actively contribute to a growing business through self and team management Extend guidance, mentorship, coaching, and emotional support to therapists.
