Due to business growth, we are seeking an experienced Supply and Distribution Manager to join our team. Position: Supply and Distribution Manager Employment Type: Full-time Location: 3 Cleeland Rd, Oakleigh South VIC 3167 Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 per annum Superannuation Key Responsibilities • Planning and managing the organisation’s supply chain and distribution operations • Coordinating storage, inventory control, and product distribution • Managing relationships with suppliers and logistics providers • Monitoring stock levels and ensuring efficient product distribution • Supervising warehouse and distribution staff • Developing strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and operational performance • Ensuring compliance with company procedures and operational standards Skills and Experience • Relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or distribution management • Strong organisational and operational management skills • Experience supervising staff and managing logistics operations • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities• Ability to manage inventory and distribution planning Requirements • Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in supply and distribution management or similar roles • Relevant qualifications or equivalent industry experience • Ability to work full-time in Australia • Bilingual in Korean and English If you would like to discuss the role further, please click APPLY and send through an up-to-date CV.
