Your opportunity As a Non-Executive Board Director , you'll join a passionate, experienced, and values-driven Board. Together, you'll help guide the strategic direction of Kids First Australia, ensuring our purpose remains at the heart of everything we do. In this role, you will: Act in good faith and in the best interests of Kids First Australia, supporting strong governance in line with our Constitution, Board Charter, ACNC Governance Standards, and the Corporations Act Contribute to Board sub-committees, helping drive accountability, oversight, and effective decision-making Provide strategic insight and leadership, drawing on your professional experience Support ethical advocacy that advances our mission and impact About you You're someone who cares deeply about making a difference and brings the experience to match.
