Lead the delivery of one of Stockland’s most significant built form assets, working with dual reporting lines into the Development Director and EGM, Sustainability & Delivery. You will split your time between site, our Sydney office and home. A Career Defining Opportunity Kogarah is a $4B transformation of a 14 hectare site that will become the largest logistics project in Stockland’s portfolio and one of the largest precinct redevelopments of its kind in Australia. Completed in partnership with key industry stakeholders, the precinct will evolve over four major stages through to 2033. You will join at a pivotal moment. With 18 months of setup complete, rezoning finalised and a strong government partnership already in place, this is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership position on a nationally significant program. What You Will Do Lead the end to end delivery of the Kogarah Redevelopment Project, ensuring performance across time, cost, quality, sustainability and commercial outcomes. Provide specialist project management leadership, methodology and structure to support one of Australia’s most complex logistics and infrastructure developments. Partner closely with Development teams, consultants, Joint Venture partners and authorities to ensure seamless planning, design coordination and project approvals. Build trusted, influential relationships with contractors, tenants, government agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver integrated, high quality outcomes. Champion safety, program, commercial management and sustainability across all stages. Lead and mentor a team of project managers and assistant project managers while building the capability required for future phases of this multi stage precinct. Play a pivotal role in setting up the future delivery structure, positioning yourself to step into the Project Director role as the project evolves. About You You are an experienced project delivery leader who thrives in high complexity and high visibility environments. You work confidently with senior stakeholders, navigate risk with clarity and bring energy, influence and momentum to every room. You’re ready to step into your next leadership chapter and want a project where you can grow into the Project Director role and lead an entire precinct over multiple stages. This role is designed with growth in mind as the precinct as it moves through future phases of delivery. You will shape the strategy, capability, culture and performance of this project over the coming years. Experience and Skills That Count A track record delivering complex, large scale built form projects. Strong capability across design management, cost planning, programming, authority approvals, commercial management and construction delivery. A well established industry network and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Proven leadership experience building high performing project teams.
