Opportunity Join the Kieser Glenelg team as an Exercise Physiologist, a role dedicated to safely prescribing and supervising exercise and strength training for clients with diverse health and medical needs — including those impacted by chronic disease, undertaking injury rehabilitation, and older adults seeking to stay strong, independent, and active as they age. This role is ideal for candidates with experience or a strong interest in aged care, active aging, falls prevention, and maintaining strength and mobility in older populations. By combining traditional exercise physiology methods with education on the benefits of strength training for prevention, healthy aging, and rehabilitation, our team empowers clients to restore strength and confidence, enabling them to continue enjoying the things they love most. Responsibilities include: Develop and deliver exercise programs aimed at prevention, recovery, and healthy aging to enhance long-term wellbeing Conduct physiological assessments (body composition, blood pressure, oxygen saturation) and prescribe exercise for group or individual sessions Support older adults with tailored programs focused on functional strength, mobility, balance, and falls prevention Use objective measures, including strength testing and patient-reported outcomes, to guide clinical decisions Establish relationships with local Allied Health professionals and community networks Manage and build a caseload of individual and group sessions, including older adult cohorts Consistently deliver high-quality service in accordance with Kieser standards Competitive remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and experience If you are a graduate or experienced Exercise Physiologist with a passion for client outcomes, healthy aging, and the role of strength training in long-term prevention, we want to hear from you.
