HammondCare Home Care is currently looking for Carers to join our team in the Haven, North Haven, Dunbogan and Bonny Hills region on a Part-time contract. About the role You'll provide essential, practical care for older people, supporting them to live independently in their own homes and genuinely improving their quality of life. This includes not only day today care but also building meaningful relationships and offering companionship. The role requires travel to clients’ homes using your own car (you'll be paid $0.99 per km plus paid travel time). Third Party Property Insurance) ideally, you'll have a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support.
