About our Production Operator Role We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be hands-on in the production of our premium pet food products, ensuring every batch meets our strict safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Operate production line machinery and equipment safely and efficiently Prepare, weigh, and mix raw ingredients following recipes and procedures Monitor product quality throughout the production process Complete cleaning, sanitisation, and basic maintenance of equipment Follow WHS, HACCP, and food safety requirements at all times Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in food, pharmaceutical, or FMCG manufacturing (preferred but not essential) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks with an ability to lift 20kg or more Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Willingness to work across shifts and overtime when required Shift time – Production Operator 5am – 1:30pm Hourly Rate – Production Operator Role $31.88/hr About our Cleaning Role We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our rapidly growing team in Derrimut. Primary duties (Cleaning): General cleaning of work and common areas Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces Emptying bins and restocking supplies Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment The ideal candidate will: Have good attention to detail Be punctual, reliable, and trustworthy Be willing to learn new skills Have previous experience as a cleaner Shift times –Cleaning Role 1:30pm-10pm 2pm-10:30pm Hourly Rate – Cleaning Role $36.66/hr These roles are ideal for someone looking for stable hours and to work within a supportive team.
