Central Leagues Club is looking for an experienced and motivated Chef to join our kitchen team in Charlestown. Our bistro operates 7 days a week for lunch and dinner , serving a mix of club favourites and seasonal dishes in a busy hospitality environment. We also cater to group bookings and functions, so we are looking for someone who can work well under pressure while maintaining high food quality and consistency. About the Role As a Chef, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day kitchen operations and preparing quality meals in line with the club’s standards. You will work closely with the kitchen team to deliver a consistent dining experience for members, guests, and function customers. Main Duties · Prepare and cook a range of meals while maintaining consistent food quality and presentation · Assist in planning menus and estimating food and labour requirements · Monitor food preparation processes to ensure dishes meet company standards · Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow all food safety and hygiene regulations · Coordinate with managers and kitchen team members to ensure smooth daily operations · Manage stock levels and order ingredients and kitchen supplies when required · Provide guidance and support to kitchen staff and assist with staff training · Store and preserve food items correctly to maintain freshness and minimise waste Apply Now
