Psychologist (Face-to-Face) About the job A Different Way to Practise Psychology At here., we believe therapy should feel as nourishing for the clinician as it is for the client. We support people to slow down, to live at a different pace, and to care for their brain just as intentionally as their body. We believe psychologists deserve the same rhythm. This opportunity is designed for clinicians who - Feel the pace of larger systems is no longer sustainable Want meaningful, depth-oriented therapy rather than high turnover Are balancing other roles and want something steady and calm Or are simply ready for a quieter, more intentional way of working We’re currently welcoming a Clinical or Registered Psychologist to join our team for 1–3 days per week. What makes this different? A predominantly therapy-based caseload Thoughtful, proactive clients (largely self-referred) Full administrative support, you focus on clinical work A steady, manageable pace Genuine flexibility around your week Free in house supervision as part of your role A team culture that values reflection, not rush. Our client base is largely early adults navigating stress, anxiety, life transitions, relationships and personal growth. We work across frameworks, though clinicians with experience in ACT, Schema Therapy and mindfulness based approaches often feel aligned with our philosophy. We offer both face-to-face sessions in our New Acton studio and Telehealth options, allowing flexibility for clinicians and clients alike. There is no stigma around mental healthcare here. We see the brain as part of the body, something to be tended to consistently, not only in crisis.
