As a Senior Administrative Officer, you will provide high-level administrative, coordination and operational support to the General Manager, Workforce Strategy and the Workforce Strategy leadership team. You will play a critical role in ensuring effective workflows, high-quality documentation, seamless communication and the smooth delivery of projects, governance activities and leadership operations within a fast-paced, strategic environment . This role supports hybrid working by agreement Your part in our UnitingCare team: Provide high-level, confidential administrative and executive support to the General Manager, Workforce Strategy and leadership team, including diary management, correspondence and follow-up of key actions. Prepare, edit and format professional documents such as reports, briefings, agendas, presentations and meeting minutes. Coordinate meetings, travel, leadership forums and project activities, ensuring materials are prepared and distributed in advance. Maintain SharePoint sites, records management systems and version control, and support reporting, workforce data summaries and governance deliverables. What makes a difference for us? Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies, which may include: Nationally Coordinated Police Check Right to Work in Australia Insolvency Check Working with Children Check / Blue Card (if required) Qualification in business administration or equivalent relevant experience Demonstrated experience providing high-level administrative or executive support in a senior or complex environment Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills High proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite and collaboration tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint What makes a difference for you?
