Project Coordinator – Bathroom Specialist Full-time | Melbourne | $90,000–$100,000 super Our client is seeking a highly organised Project Coordinator to manage bathroom, kitchen and laundry renovation projects across the aged care and NDIS sectors. The Role You will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of renovation projects, ensuring quality delivery, clear communication and timely completion. Key duties include: Managing multiple bathroom, kitchen and laundry renovation projects Creating project plans, schedules and budgets Coordinating trades including plumbers, electricians, carpenters and subcontractors Monitoring progress, identifying risks and taking corrective action when needed Communicating updates to stakeholders and ensuring client expectations are met Troubleshooting on-site issues and supporting trades with requirements Providing guidance on basic home maintenance tasks Assisting with estimating maintenance jobs About You To succeed in this role, you will bring: Experience as a Project Coordinator or similar within renovations, construction, or maintenance Experience with Estimating small jobs Strong understanding of bathroom/wet-area works (highly regarded) Excellent organisation and time management skills Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities Confidence working with trades and juggling competing deadlines Problem-solving ability with a calm, solutions-focused approach Understanding of WHS responsibilities Valid Australian License and a car Experience within Aged Care or NDIS environments (advantageous) Police Check (or willingness to obtain) & unrestricted working rights What’s On Offer $90,000–$100,000 super Full-time role, 37.5 hours per week Supportive, values-focused team Meaningful work supporting vulnerable clients Variety across multiple project types and locations Apply Now If you're a driven Project Coordinator ready for your next challenge, I’d love to hear from you.
