Woods & Co have partnered with one of Melbourne's most reputable bespoke builders on the search for an experienced Project Coordinator to join a highly regarded bespoke residential builder delivering architecturally designed, high-end homes across Melbourne. This role is ideal for someone with strong construction knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and a genuine appreciation for architectural detail and quality craftsmanship. The Role Working closely with the Project Management, Site and Design teams, you will play a critical role in ensuring projects run smoothly from documentation through to construction delivery. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating project documentation, drawings, schedules and consultant information Liaising with architects, designers, engineers and internal stakeholders Supporting project managers with programme tracking, variations and procurement Ensuring compliance with building regulations, contracts and quality standards Maintaining accurate project records and systems throughout the build lifecycle About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: Proven experience within the residential construction industry (custom or high-end preferred) A relevant degree qualification (Construction Management, Architecture, Building or similar) An architectural background or strong exposure to architectural documentation (highly regarded) Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with consultants and stakeholders Why Join?
