About the Opportunity As Envoyage Global Product Leader, you are the senior leader responsible for the Envoyage global product marketplace, including Air and Land verticals, leading high-impact initiatives that ensure the product capabilities result in sustainable profitability and long-term growth. This role can be based in Brisbane or Sydney. What you will be responsible for: Commercial Performance Own product P&L across Air and Land and Cruise verticals, with accountability for margin, revenue retention and supplier cost outcomes across all markets Lead and govern end-to-end product decisions aligned to the highest-value commercial opportunities Define and execute agreed sourcing strategies in collaboration with Supply to strengthen the business’s commercial position Air Marketplace Lead the strategy and execution of Air product distribution capability including ticketing solutions, NDC readiness, content and GDS relationships Set the short and long-term direction for how the business competes and grows in the air marketplace Maintain external market presence with supply partners, technology providers and industry bodies Land and Cruise Marketplace Own the distribution platform strategy for land and cruise products Define the future-state commercial model, lead the business case for approved strategic directions and drive execution Drive results measured by stick rate and net margin Pricing Lead and implement pricing capability across Air, Land & Cruise verticals, with results measured by profit contribution Oversee end-to-end financial flow in collaboration with Finance and proactively manage commercial outcomes from dynamic pricing Build ongoing pricing capability across markets, leveraging data and market intelligence to maintain competitive positioning Supplier Reconciliation Oversee supplier reconciliation processes across all verticals, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and commercial integrity Identify and resolve reconciliation gaps that create financial or operational risk Leadership Lead and develop the Air Leader and Land & Cruise Leader and their respective teams Build a high-performance product function with clear priorities ad strong execution discipline Accountability for product marketplace business case development - from discovery and investigation through to recommendation and strategic decision support including collaboration with key stakeholders Maintain deep external awareness of global market trends, emerging technology, customer needs and competitor positioning - spend time in the market with customers, suppliers and industry bodies globally About you: Minimum 10 years’ experience in senior product, transformation or commercial leadership, within travel or a comparable industry Deep understanding of travel distribution – Air, Land and Cruise including GDS, NDC, ticketing and dynamic pricing Proven track record owning P&L outcomes and delivering measurable commercial results Demonstrated experience delivering commercial outcomes without direct procurement and execution control - influencing supplier strategy and commercial positioning through partnership, negotiation and data Proven ability to discover, investigate and form business cases for strategic decision making, from market analysis through to executive recommendation, with governance capability to execute Experience working with or across supply chain, distribution and procurement functions Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate in matrixed or partnership-dependent environments Experience in B2B environments and independent or consulting- led travel distribution models Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Please advise your leader before applying
