What We’re Looking For We want to hear from candidates who have: ✅ 2–3 years’ customer service experience (call centre, administration, retail, or front-of-office roles) ✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills ✅ Experience in an office environment ✅ Intermediate computer skills, including: Fast and accurate typing Confident use of mouse, monitor, and digital tools Professional email etiquette Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook and Teams) ✅ The ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt with ease Previous government experience is highly regarded but not essential.
