We are currently seeking a self-motivated and experienced Machinist to join our team. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will work as part of a team with a primary focus on safe work practices in all daily tasks, whether that be in field maintenance, the workshop or branch environment. About the opportunity: Responsibilities of the position: Stripping and assessing pumps General machining & fabrication of parts Machine pump shafts Re-assembling pumps Installation and commissioning pumps Being able to work in a team Repairing pump breakdowns General workshop duties/tasks About You: To be successful in this role you will have. An engineering qualification (Fitting/machining) Demonstrate safe practices in all you do Be a highly motivated individual Comfortable to take lead when required Show flexibility to jump onto any task to support team Why work for us?
