About the role We are seeking an innovative Planning and Project Controls Manager with a problem-solving attitude to join our forward-thinking managed services team in Sydney. This role is suited to candidates with prior construction or engineering exposure and a strong command of Primavera P6. Key responsibilities Assess detailed project plans for all stages of a projects lifecycle with the view to help deliver project outcomes on time Liaise with project team, project management, client representatives and government agencies to develop solutions and strategies to achieve project and business goals Assisting in the development of strategies to mitigate identified risks About you Bachelor's degree in engineering or a similar discipline. At least 10 years of experience in a similar role, with at least 5 years of site planning experience Solid exposure in planning & scheduling across various construction or engineering sectors Existing knowledge of construction techniques, methodologies, and processes A strong command of Primavera P6 Excellent communication skills, ability to present to clients Benefits We work hard to create an environment that brings out the best in our people.
