Our work is primarily with children, adolescents, young adults, and families , while also receiving consistent referrals across the lifespan , allowing clinicians to maintain a varied, balanced, and sustainable caseload if desired. About the Role We are seeking a fully registered Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist to join our team 1–2 days per week initially , with scope to increase days over time if desired. You may join as a Contractor or Employee . We offer a burnout-prevention caseload model , including: No bookings outside allocated work hours Thoughtful caseload monitoring to balance presentation complexity Encouragement and support to take regular leave You will primarily work with children, adolescents, young adults, and families, with the option to see adult clients, depending on your interests and experience. Opportunities to facilitate psychometric assessments and/or co-facilitate or lead group programs are also available, with training and support provided.
