As a Digital Analyst/ Digital Business Analyst, you will focus on delivery of key digital experience initiatives, starting with the Pension Application Service & Calculators. Duration: 4 months contract Location: Melbourne or Sydney (remote work option is available). Key Responsibilities: Focus on user experience & journey mapping. Assist with branding & content implementation . Design and execution of testing across the new experiences. Data analytics – measurement of journeys and addition of necessary tags & data points to measure success. Discovery – lead the requirements for embedding key calculators within the authenticated member environment. Experience Required: CX Journey mapping and evolution. Technical understanding of web development , testing & delivery. Data analytics. Awareness of authenticated digital portals and mobile apps .
