The Role: As an Agile Coach, you will guide teams and leadership in adopting and evolving agile ways of working. You will focus not just on processes, but on mindset, culture, and sustainable delivery of value. You will work across multiple teams and partner with leadership to enable true organizational agility. Duties: Coach teams in frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or other agile methodologies Mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and strategic planning sessions Support leaders in adopting agile leadership practices Identify systemic impediments and drive continuous improvement Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and psychological safety Help measure outcomes over output Experience: 5 years of experience in Agile environments Experience coaching multiple teams or departments Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills Deep understanding of agile principles and lean thinking Experience with organizational change or transformation initiatives Excellent communication and influencing skills Relevant certifications (e.g., ICP-ACC, SPC, PSM, etc.) are a plus Experience scaling agile in larger organizations Background in engineering, product, or delivery leadership
