Tathra Hotel Position : Full Time Location : Tathra NSW Salary : $70,000 - $80,000 a year The heritage listed Tathra Hotel has been a central part of the Tathra community for over a century, providing a welcoming meeting place for the headland for both locals and visitors. Tathra Hotel is currently seeking experienced Restaurant Manager / Duty Manager to join their team. Skills, Duties, and Responsibilities: Coordinate and proactively manage the operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts including front of house and back of house Coordination of bookings (including functions and events) Manage and motivate restaurant team Train new employee and provide ongoing training Stock purchasing and control.
