As a Senior Occupational Therapist with Enabled Designs, you are responsible for providing occupational therapy services to our clients and their families, working with the client's care team to assess, set goals, develop solutions, provide interventions and evaluate client outcomes. In this role, you have a responsibility to identify and lead clinical and business-related continuous improvement activities and effectively contribute towards the achievement of the company's vision and purpose and provide mentorship and supervision to therapy staff taking a lead in the development of therapy staffs skills and knowledge translation within our team. As part of the senior therapy team, you are responsible for working with others to update therapy service provision, ensuring that the use of evidence-informed practice, professional development and knowledge translation is taking place across the team.
