Reporting to the General Manager – People & Culture, this role supports the L&D function through RTO compliance & governance, training delivery and capability development in alignment with strategic priorities. About the Role · Manage, co-ordinate and maintain IKON Services accreditation as a registered training organisation · In conjunction with the leadership team, develop and roll-out the learning and development strategy in alignment with business objectives · Provide onsite RTO competency-based training to staff predominantly based in CBD locations and achieve annual training targets · Ensure Learning Management System is maximised to ensure minimal disruption to the operation in the delivery of training units · Support new site mobilisation by coordinating and delivering training requirements in order to be ready for day 1 of operations & support the site during the initial transitional period · Co-ordinate ad hoc training needs with external providers and ensure compliance is maintained About You Must hold current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) Certificate III – Cleaning Operations and Certificate IV – Cleaning Management Specialised knowledge of the cleaning industry Strong understanding of Australian Qualification Framework (AQF), RTO certification, and regulatory/legislative requirements Demonstrated experience as a competency based trainer and assessor Ability to engage staff from diverse backgrounds and support in the achievement of training objectives Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organised and can multi-task across a multi-site operation Enjoys working strategically and tactically to build the capability of frontline teams The type of people we look for are self-starters, strive to provide outstanding service and want to contribute to the success of their team and the business overall.
