Speech Pathologist About the job Sense Therapies is growing and we’re looking for Speech Pathologist to join our fun, play-based paediatric team. We’re a neuro-affirming, trauma-informed clinic supporting children and families through connection, movement, and joy. Our young, collaborative team works across clinic, school, home, and community settings in the beautiful Illawarra & Shoalhaven. This role is perfect for a Speech Pathologist who loves meaningful relationships, creative therapy and seeing children thrive in environments that truly support them. About the Role As a Speech Pathologist at Sense Therapies, you’ll work with a diverse paediatric caseload, providing both assessment and therapy across areas including: Early language development Speech Language Literacy Social communication Feeding AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) You’ll deliver therapy that is: Play-based and child-led Grounded in neuro-affirming and strengths-based practice Embedded in real-life contexts, including play, movement, community experiences, and daily routines Sessions may take place in our purpose-built clinic, as well as schools, homes, and community settings, depending on each child’s needs. Caseloads are flexible and can be shaped around your interests, strengths, and areas you’d like to grow in. You’ll be well supported in your role, with access to frequent, structured supervision, collaborative case discussions, and day-to-day support from an experienced multidisciplinary team.
