About the role: We’re seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead and optimise the Meta Field Marketing Program. This is a strategic, performance-focused role requiring strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management expertise, and a proven ability to drive field execution at scale. As the Meta Account Manager , you will be the face of our business, working closely with our client to manage expectations including stakeholder management, team performance, KPI delivery, workforce management, and process enhancement to ensure executional excellence in delivering Meta Realty Lab’s objectives for their field marketing program. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to: Establishing relationships with internal stakeholders and working closely with external clients as a primary point of contact for the Meta program. Proactive leadership of the Meta Account team to deliver on time and professional completion of designated field activity Ensure the field team is adequately supported to deliver on program objectives, expectations and KPI’s Initiate and drive continuous improvement and increase program efficiencies by analysing data and reporting to our client and internal stakeholders Account and program financial management About You: Ideally, we are looking for a candidate to ‘hit the ground running’ who has the confidence to take charge in this dynamic and diverse role: To be successful, you will need to have the following key competencies: 3 -5 years’ experience within a similar role (Account Manager or Client Relationship Manager) Previous leadership and team management experience (large scale territory management would be beneficial) Exposure to the Consumer Electronics and retail industries would be highly regarded with proven sales experience You will be a tech savvy person and passionate about new technology and innovation.
