Relocation assistance and temporary accommodation About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator (AHPRA Registered Nurse) to support the clinical operations of a residential aged care facility. This is a pivotal leadership role working closely with the Care Manager and Facility Manager to oversee care delivery, clinical compliance, documentation standards, and risk management. This is a fully onsite position and remote working is not available. Key Responsibilities: Support the oversight of clinical operations across the facility. Assist in driving compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and preparation for accreditation. Monitor AN-ACC documentation accuracy and funding alignment. Provide leadership and support to Registered Nurses and care staff. Assist in managing clinical incidents, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Work collaboratively with the Care Manager and Facility Manager to ensure strong clinical and operational outcomes. Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders. Key Requirements: Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration – essential. Demonstrated experience in a Clinical Care Coordinator, or similar leadership role within Residential Aged Care. Strong understanding of accreditation and clinical governance frameworks. Experience supporting teams and contributing to quality improvement outcomes. Certificate IV in Training & Assessment – desirable but not essential. Sound understanding of AN-ACC funding and aged care compliance. Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills. In Return: $65 – $67 per hour Super Salary Packaging.
