As a Travel Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests planning their epic adventures and you’ll help make their travel dreams come true. What You’ll Do Chat with guests via phone, email, and chat, helping them plan the perfect Contiki adventure. Turn curious leads into confirmed bookings with your consultative, friendly approach. Own your sales pipeline in Salesforce - track follow-ups, log activity, and hit your targets. Recommend the right tours, experiences, and extras for each guest or travel advisor. Hit your KPIs for sales, retention, call quality, and guest satisfaction. Share your wins, tips, and travel knowledge with the team to help everyone succeed. Stay up-to-date with Contiki tours, promotions, and the latest travel trends. Work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to match when our guests are planning their trips. What You’ll Bring A love for travel and sales experience. Energy, resilience, and a can-do attitude in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to understand guest needs. Confidence using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus!). Flexibility to work after 5 PM and on weekends.
