We are currently recruiting an experienced Practice Nurse for a permanent position (full time or part time) within a busy, well‑established primary care medical practice located in Double Bay, Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high‑functioning, well‑resourced clinic with a strong patient base and a collaborative clinical team. Due to recent changes in management and staffing, the practice is seeking a permanent nurse to provide stability, continuity of care, and clinical leadership within the nursing team. About the Practice Large, established primary care clinic 10 doctors working across 8 consulting rooms Currently supported by 2 casual nurses High patient demand and varied clinical presentations 5‑minute walk from Edgecliff Station Professional, supportive, and patient‑focused environment Responsibilities Chronic disease management and care planning Preventative health and health assessments Immunisations and vaccination programs Wound care and dressings Family health and general treatment room duties Procedural and clinical support to GPs Care coordination and patient follow‑up Hours & Remuneration Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm 38 hours per week (flexibility for part‑time considered $45 to $50 per hour super, depending on experience About You Registered or Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration Previous experience in general practice or primary care preferred Certified immuniser or willing to obtain Confident, organised, and able to work independently Looking for a stable, long‑term role in a quality practice Why Apply?
