Project Manager – Property & Facilities (Contract) $90,000–$100,000 Super (pro-rata) | NSW (multi-site) | Start ASAP | ⏳ Contract Opportunity MAYDAY Recruitment is partnering with a well-established NFP organisation seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Asset Management & Facilities team on a contract basis. This is a hands-on opportunity suited to someone who can confidently manage property-related projects end-to-end, working across multiple sites throughout NSW. The role requires strong commercial property knowledge and the ability to engage key internal and external stakeholders effectively. Role Details Location: NSW (multi-site portfolio, some travel required) Work Type: Hybrid with site visits Salary: $90,000–$100,000 Super (pro-rata) Start: ASAP ⏳ Contract position – June 2026 with potential to extend Key Responsibilities • Manage lease renewals, refurbishments and site upgrade projects • Scope and assess new site opportunities aligned to operational needs • Participate in design workshops and contribute to layout and site functionality • Coordinate external consultants, contractors and commercial property partners • Lead stakeholder meetings across facilities, operations and leadership teams • Oversee project timelines, budgets, risks and delivery outcomes • Support procurement processes and partner selection • Maintain project documentation, compliance and reporting requirements Ideal Candidate • Proven experience delivering property or facilities projects end-to-end • Strong understanding of commercial real estate processes and lease management • Experience managing site fit-outs, renovations or new site implementations • Confident communicator able to influence and manage diverse stakeholders • Comfortable working autonomously while driving project outcomes • Highly organised with strong planning and risk management capability Experience within commercial property or facilities management environments is highly regarded.
