Your new company Join a leading consultancy supporting a reputable insurance organisation embarking on a major cloud upgrade of their Guidewire Claims Centre platform. With confirmed funding and a strong delivery roadmap, this organisation is scaling up its business analysis and engineering capability to support a multi-year transformation. Your new role As a Business Analyst, youll play a key role in the Guidewire upgrade project, specifically focused on Claims Centre (not Policy or Billing). Youll work across integration capability, data migration, and system understanding, contributing to a technically functional team during the discovery phase and beyond. Your Responsibilities Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to support the upgrade of Guidewire Claims Centre to cloud Analyse and document integration and data migration requirements Work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure alignment across deliverables Provide insights into system functionality and support testing and validation activities Attend onsite meetings with delivery partners and internal stakeholders as required What you'll need to succeed Minimum 2 years of recent experience (within the last 3 years) as a Business Analyst on Guidewire Claims Centre projects Strong understanding of integration and data migration in insurance platforms Technofunctional skillset with the ability to bridge business and technical teams Excellent stakeholder engagement and documentation skills Able to go into the Sydney-based office 3 days per week What you'll get in return Competitive rate, long term contract, hybrid working.
