At Confident Care Products we provide a range of Patient Care Products predominantly to the Health Care Industry across Australia. Duties for this role include: Promote and develop sales of products & services to new and existing customers Providing accurate, timely and professional response and support to customer enquiriesand orders Recognising sales opportunities and either converting to sales or passing opportunities onto sales managers Undertaking customer service activities including taking orders & customer enquiries viathe call center, verifying and entering of quotes and sales orders Administration tasks including reporting and records management Other duties as reasonably required.
