$250,000 - $260,000 Super Car $400M TMR project North Gold Coast project This Leading mid tier civil contractor has started delivering a major TMR M1 project south of Brisbane. Construction will run for two years and be valued at over $400M includes: bulk earthworks, large scale roadworks, concrete structures, and bridge works. We are searching for a Superintendent who has proven track record of delivering large bridge packages up to and beyond the $200M range. Especially involving marine piling and large super structures / concrete decks in challenging environments. Your will coordinate six Supervisors / Foremen ensuring that their daily production targets are met. They will also require assistance in coordinating plant and materials. You will report to the General Superintendent and Project Director and work closely with the client assisting with and issues regarding on site productivity. As Superintendent you will be responsible for: • Planning for all resources including plant, labour, materials and subcontractors • Approve subcontractor workforce requirements and review work accomplished by each discipline • Ensures the most current design document is provided to subcontractor to complete the work and that all design changes are approved prior to implementation • Review subcontractor time records using established automated tools • Review and approve major subcontractor equipment mobilisation and demobilisation • Prepare reports and forecasts, including summary of construction progress, personnel forecasts, and expenditures forecast • Monitor the activities of subcontractors to ensure compliance with specifications and schedules To be successful you will require a proven track record in delivering a wide range of civil packages for clients who have demanding specifications. Also required commercial knowledge of keeping a project under budget while the site is constantly running to its full potential.
