Overview We are looking for experienced and qualified Disability Support Workers, Assistants in Nursing (AIN), Aged Care Workers, Community Access Workers, and Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to join our talent pool. Responsibilities As a Casual Support Worker, your responsibilities may include: Providing high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with disabilities or aged care needs. Supporting participants with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks. Assisting with community access and social activities to promote inclusion and independence. Administering medication and monitoring health and wellbeing as required. Building positive relationships with participants, their families, and other support networks. Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to NDIS and organisational standards. Qualifications To be considered for this opportunity, you must meet the following requirements: Experience : At least 6 months of experience as a Disability Support Worker or in a similar role. Education : Relevant Australian qualification in Disability, Community Services, Aged Care, or a related field.
