Job Description Our client, a true leader in their field is seeking an experienced Business / Solutions Analyst for a 12 month fixed term contract to build an application which will allow them to transition from paper-based processes to digital solutions. The role Work directly with clients to map and document existing paper-based processes and pain points. Translate business needs into clear, detailed functional and non-functional requirements. Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders at all levels. Create user stories, process flow diagrams, use cases, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure requirements are understood and delivered correctly. Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities to optimise workflows through digitalisation. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and help validate that delivered solutions meet business needs. Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Act as a key voice of the customer within the internal product team Your Skills Proven experience as a Business / Solutions Analyst, ideally in a software or technology environment. Strong understanding of business process mapping and requirements gathering. Experience working on digital transformation projects. Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences. A natural curiosity and passion for solving real-world problems through technology. Familiarity with UX/UI principles and working with design teams. Experience with change management or training end users on new digital systems.
