We are proudly partnering with a growing NDIS service provider with sites in the north and east, who are looking for 3 additional Occupational Therapist to join their team. They support NDIS clients across the full life span as well as community aged care, so you have the opportunity to focus on specific age groups that may interest you. The role is based in Bundoora with either a mix of in clinic and community, or you can be exclusively clinic based. A motor vehicle allowance is also provided for community visits. Key areas of the role are Working collaboratively with a team of OT's and AHA's to support the therapy needs of NDIS participants Visiting clients in clinic, at home, at school or other locations (including telehealth) to provide person centred, evidence-based clinical care. Actively participate in professional development opportunities to further grow your skills and capabilities Candidates must have general AHPRA, full working rights and a passion for starting or growing their career in the NDIS field. For new graduates, an outstanding new graduate program is provided wiht a dedicated Senior OT to support you each step of the way. Billables are also reduced heavily to allow you to focus on your learning and development and still earn great bonuses monthly. For experienced OTs we can offer Senior duties and allow you to narrow in on specialisations and subject matter expert training. You will be able to focus on your development and that of your team as your billables will be capped at 25.5 hours per week.
