I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client for an experienced Field Service Industrial Electrician / Technician to join their growing team. This role will see you working across Victoria installing, commissioning, servicing and maintaining power generation equipment and diesel generators across a variety of industries including construction, infrastructure, mining, and commercial operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys varied work, travel, and hands-on technical problem solving , while working with modern equipment and a supportive technical team. The position will initially be engaged on a 3-month casual contract through Acclaimed Workforce , with the opportunity to transition to a permanent full-time position directly with the client. Key Responsibilities Installation and commissioning of diesel and gas generators Electrical wiring, testing and troubleshooting of power generation systems Preventative maintenance and servicing of generators and power systems Diagnosing and repairing faults in electrical and mechanical components Conducting on-site field service work across Victoria Ensuring all work is completed safely and in compliance with relevant standards Completing service documentation and reports About You To be successful in this role you will demonstrate: A Grade Electrical Licence (essential) Experience working with industrial electrical systems Previous experience with generators, power systems or heavy equipment (highly regarded) Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently in field service environments Good communication and customer service skills Current driver’s licence Willingness to travel for site work when required What’s on Offer $100,000 Super Initial 3-month contract with potential for permanent employment Work across diverse industries and projects Hands-on technical role with varied work Supportive and growing team environment If you are an experienced industrial electrician or field service technician looking for a new opportunity with variety and long-term potential, APPLY NOW!
