Relevant qualifications: Bachelor of Business (Property) or similar (preferred), plus a Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration (essential). Extensive industry experience: Minimum 12 years in the property sector with strong Asset/Property Management expertise and a proven ability to grow an asset management business strategically. Commercial acumen: Demonstrated success in negotiating management agreements and managing P&L performance to drive profitability. Leadership excellence: Strong people management skills with the ability to build, lead, and retain high-performing teams. Financial and operational capability: Solid financial management skills with a track record of improving business performance and delivering results. The Role: We are seeking a Partner, Asset Management Services to lead the financial success and growth of our Sydney AMS business. You will continue to build a high-performing team, strengthen client relationships, and drive business development, portfolio management, and financial performance reinforcing Knight Frank’s reputation as a trusted, client-focused advisor. Key Responsibilities: Financial Leadership: Drive the financial performance of the NSW AMS business, ensuring budgets are met or exceeded and new work is priced with appropriate margins. Business Development: Build and maintain strong industry and client relationships to generate new opportunities and convert prospects into management agreements. Operational Excellence: Deliver high standards of service across all managed assets, ensuring compliance with agreements and timely completion of outgoings reconciliation. Stakeholder & Client Engagement: Strengthen relationships with internal stakeholders and clients to secure ongoing business and contribute to national agreements where required. Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing NSW AMS team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and retention of top talent while identifying cross-selling opportunities across AMS and other departments.
