Commercial Analyst – Bids & Project Support We’re partnering with a leading infrastructure services provider to appoint a commercially focused, analytically strong Commercial Analyst to support their strategic bids and project delivery teams. This is a high-impact role that bridges commercial modelling, bid evaluation, financial insight, and risk assessment – ideally suited to a switched-on analyst looking to build their career in large-scale infrastructure. You’ll work alongside senior Commercial Managers and Project Directors on major pursuits across infrastructure, transport, and long-term facilities management contracts (including PPPs). Key Responsibilities: Bid Pricing & Modelling : Build, test and refine complex commercial models to support tender submissions and project structuring. Financial & Commercial Analysis : Analyse revenue drivers, cost inputs, risk assumptions, and margin projections across bid and delivery phases. Contractual Insight : Support the review and interpretation of key commercial terms and risk positions across proposed contracts. Business Case Development : Prepare financial business cases for new opportunities and support investment reviews with senior leadership. Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with finance, commercial, legal, and operational teams to ensure bids and projects are commercially robust and aligned to business strategy. Experience Required: Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, or related field. 3 years' experience in a commercial, financial analyst, or bid support role (ideally within infrastructure, construction, or asset-intensive sectors). Exposure to complex tenders, PPPs, or facilities management contracts highly regarded. Strong Excel modelling capability and financial literacy.
