Salary Range : $75000 - $80000AUD Location : Shop 8 & 9/150 Macquarie Rd, Springwood NSW 2777 Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service delivery across front-of-house and kitchen functions Lead, supervise, and support front-of-house and kitchen staff, fostering a positive, high-performance, and customer-focused team culture Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food, service, and presentation in line with Kickin’ Inn brand standards Manage staff rostering, attendance, and performance to ensure adequate coverage during peak service periods Monitor and control operational costs, including labour, food, and inventory, to support profitability and efficiency Liaise with suppliers, manage procurement, and oversee inventory control to minimise waste and maintain stock levels Handle customer feedback, enquiries, and complaints professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction Ensure compliance with food safety, health, hygiene, and Work Health & Safety (WHS) regulations at all times Maintain accurate operational records, including sales reports, staff records, and compliance documentation Support the implementation of promotional activities, special events, and service initiatives in line with business objectives
