Working collaboratively with a dedicated team, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality mental health services by offering consultation, guidance, and modelling to both the individuals and their families. This role is about helping young people understand and navigate their mental health while empowering them with the tools they need to thrive. About you: We are seeking a compassionate, driven, and team-oriented individual who is passionate about supporting young people in their mental health journey. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of mental health issues, particularly in relation to children and young people, as well as the impact mental illness has on families. Your strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively will be essential to the success of our programs. You are someone who: Has a deep understanding of mental health challenges and is committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for children and families. Demonstrates effective communication and interpersonal skills, both in team settings and one-on-one mentoring. Is comfortable sharing their lived experience and using it to guide others. Has a strong capacity for leadership and a willingness to both mentor and be mentored. Is adaptable, open to feedback, and eager to grow professionally in a dynamic environment.
