About the Position: The Truck Driver role at IPS MK Transport Pty Ltd is vital for facilitating the smooth and secure transport of goods, supporting the company's logistics operations by ensuring deliveries are completed on schedule and in compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Safely operate trucks and heavy vehicles to transport goods to specified destinations, adhering to all traffic laws and route plans. Perform loading and unloading of cargo, ensuring secure placement and compliance with weight distribution requirements. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, reporting any maintenance issues promptly to prevent downtime. Maintain accurate records of driving hours, fuel usage, and delivery details in line with regulatory and company standards. Communicate effectively with dispatch teams, clients, and colleagues to coordinate pickups, deliveries, and any on-road adjustments. Uphold safety protocols at all times, including proper use of personal protective equipment and risk assessments during operations. Requirements: Australian citizens and permanent residents are encouraged to apply. Certificate II in Driving Operations (or equivalent qualification). At least 1 year of relevant experience in truck driving.
