The business has built long-standing relationships with key clients , meaning much of their work comes from repeat business and negotiated projects rather than competitive tenders. In Western Australia, the company focuses on delivering a select number of high-quality projects each year , typically $30M–$50M industrial and commercial builds , ensuring projects are properly resourced and supported . Due to continued growth in WA, they are now seeking an experienced Site Manager with strong industrial project experience to join their Perth team. This role will suit a Site Manager who enjoys leading projects from start to finish , working with a trusted subcontractor network , and delivering well-planned D&C builds in a collaborative environment.
