For a number of years, the business has specialised in bespoke high-end builds, consistently producing homes known for their quality craftsmanship, architectural design and attention to detail. Working closely with their clients on every build, the Directors take a hands-on approach throughout the entire construction process, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard. With multiple industry awards and another strong year of growth, the company is now looking to appoint an experienced Site Supervisor to manage 4–5 luxury custom builds at a time, valued up to $6M. This role will suit a supervisor who takes real pride in delivering exceptional homes and enjoys working within a close-knit, high-performing team environment. Perks & Rewards: Join a highly regarded luxury residential builder Align yourself with a well-known brand in Perth’s custom home market Supportive team environment with hands-on Directors Salary up to $170K super car Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage all trades and suppliers Liaise closely with clients and keep them informed throughout the build Check materials delivered to site Ensure project milestones are achieved in line with programme Undertake quality control throughout the construction process Identify and manage defects where required Conduct WHS inspections and maintain clean, safe sites About You: You will come from a trade background, ideally carpentry, with 6–8 years’ experience supervising bespoke luxury residential builds. You will also demonstrate: Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings High attention to detail and pride in quality delivery A proactive and organised approach to site management Excellent communication and client-facing skills While you will have the autonomy to manage your projects, being a team player is essential.
